merry 5days after christmas...

went singapore as usual...like every year it was just as boring,left the house after lunch on christmas day...by the time we reached my uncle's place was time for dinner so we just took a quick walk down the road to eat then went to orchard road to see da lights n stuff...stopped by swensens to get ice-cream...stayed at aunt's condo...as usual,the next day was shopping and all...went to changi airport to check out the new terminal there...watched planes take off,land and stuff.went to uncle's christmas party for dinner...third day...shopping again-.-...went to some dam kinda place (forgot wat its called)tat separates the sea frm the river...then went to esplanade for a seafood dinner...walked on the bridge to the merlion like we do every year...dad planned to go for the flyer two days bfore we left for singapore but it was closed...the lights on it were still on tho...in the water below the bridge were ball like things which(according to my cousin) were for ppl to right their new year's wish that sort of thing(paid for,of course)...so basicaly its just some new years preparation...on sunday morning my aunt nearly dragged me of to church with her but i woke up late so too bad...dont mind going to church there but catholic church...mayb not...by the time i got up was about 10+...went down to the pool to swim for a while...then...shopping!!...again-.-...walked out for dinner that nite went to my uncle's place again...sis was playing tales of symphonia 2 with cousins on their wii while i having a batman movie marathon...went home the next day after lunch...dont know why i bother to bring a camera since we go there every year

youth christmas event 2008!!

have been busy most of this week preparing for youth christmas event...deco and all...
the day of the event itself we went to set up the deco and do last minute preparations...by 6 45...pearly sent me to church while it wuz still raining...the deco outside the'door'was soaking wet...and torn...thats whet u get when u use cardboard and paint non-waterproof paint...we had to take it in obviosly it counted as trash after all the hard work...at least the'door' was still standing...by 7 30 had to go to esso to direct frenz to church and buy jhon n jon's gifts...-.-
choral speaking was good besides from forgeting some of the lines for the first part...then makan!! and sosializing...which some ppl *u know hu u r* didnt really do...aniwayz...gift xchange wasn't that bad...most of the bookmarks got wet tho...caroling wuz great...went home at about 11+...but according to tim..they only finished packing up by 2...

slept about 1 tat nite...or shud i say the next morning...

youth camp 2008

tis years youth camp was a joint camp with NCA(new covenant assembly),theme:breakthrough.

throughout the camp,there were a few ppl saying tat i looked emo the whole time...which i didn't notice...btw,i was so not emo during camp...

anyways,the first day of camp was like the worst day of camp cuz it was raining and most of us were completely soaked...the ground was muddy and made our shoes muddy n wet...we went to our dorm to unpack...or rather to dry ourselves...hardly did any unpacking,really...and because of the dorms...some of us...*ahem*...started complaining

went to the service area to for a little briefing then got to know our group members a bit better...during games we went for the flying fox

the toilets were like...still under construction and the water for the showers were only pipes since they haven't installed the shower heads yet...and the water was like freezing cold!!

2nd day...games were telematches...was like super hot...many ppl got sunburnt...but not me...hehe...it takes alot to get me sunburnt...seriously alot!but it was still was hot...but thanks to the cold water in the showers...most of us cooled down really fast

3rd day had a photo-session,the games was the par-course thingi...which felt more like NS camp...and we went kayaking right after...and got all wet...-.-

and on that same nite...which btw,was our last nite...we stayed up playing football n bball/netball...whatever they were playing since the bball was 'deflated',eating and bonding...most of us went to sleep around 4...but i slept at 2...for some reason...

the last day...every group presented their skit/presentation...which was a bit like combined...and combined to sing the song 'WONT YOU LORD'...we left to go home right after lunch...

noooooo...dreaded results

went to school today to collect my results for finals,was worried about chinese,KH,geo and sejarah...but since that pn.ros told me that i passed sejarah and that my geo results came back before the holidays,i only had chinese and KH to worry about...and it was so not surprising that i got c for KH and d for chinese other than that, it was all a's and b's...but mostly b's tho.my percentage was only like what...69.13??T.T..and i got tenth place in class.how'd that happen?i was 30+ the last time for failing...what was it i failed again??nvm...then got 9th the last time and now im dropping all the way to 10th...-.-
unfortunately,i'll have to wait until after christmas to which class i'm in...which means i'll have to wait till the 29th since im going to singapore for christmas...haih...sad...

btw,the post on youth camp will be going up as soon as i get the pix!!!

expect the unexpected...

watched twilight with lai yee n crystal after church last sunday...when we reached the cinema at 1.33the only time left was 1.30 and 4.10 which was full...NOT!because of that we almost thought of wtching bolt....-.- when we actually asked the guy at the counter it was only NEARLY full...thus we had to sit in the third row because the back was all full...pretty hard to watch from there....but throughout the movie...the two/three rows behind us were empty...-.-we didnt move tho...cuz we were too lazy XD...according to lai yee...the book is better than the movie...and crystal said she wanted to watch it a second time...but i think im happy just watching it once...it'll just be boring if you watch it too many times though...cuz it seems short...

helped do the nametag stuff for youth camp...im not telling detailcuz im not allowed to...yall just have to wait till monday=p...on the way there....my phone accidently swam in water....(long story)tried to dry it and it worked...for a while=X...it went off again because it was low on battery...went home to charge it and it said something like'charger not supported'or something like that...it was still like that after a few times so i brought it to a shop to repair...the man there said the whole phone was unusable...cant quite blog it out in words...and thats how i got my new phone which is...a nokia 6288...
